What is Rosacea?
Rosacea is a chronic but thankfully a very treatable condition. It should be diagnosed by a Dermatologist but treated by Laser Therapy instead of harmful creams and pills for a healthier body and lifestyle. While it can develop in different ways, male and female and all ages it mostly affects men over 30. Laser Therapy is the safest and most effective treatment available.
Signs of Rosacea include a redness similar to a sunburn that won't go away.
Thickening of the skin, typically on the nose which can disfigure your appearance. Skin thickening can also reduce nasal airflow.

Major signs of Rosacea include bumps, pimples visible blood vessels (similar to spider veins) and even eye irritation.

Aftercare

Lifestyle Laser uses advanced diode laser technology and the safest protocols to deliver the highest treatment efficacy for your skin. Still, we urge all patients to practice the same care for their skin outside of our clinic. Only proper aftercare can achieve the best results and outcome for your skin and removal. Every patient will be given detailed aftercare instructions following their treatment. Below are a few tips to keep in mind!
1. Avoid overexposing your skin to the sun or UV exposure for at least one week following your treatment. Too much sun exposure can cause unwanted skin discoloration. Apply a broad spectrum SPF 25 or higher to the treatment area following each treatment. Avoid all tanning activities, including tanning beds.
2. If you experience any discomfort, sensitivity, swelling, or itchiness, apply a thin layer of aloe vera followed by a cold compress.
3. Avoid hot water for 24 to 48 hours following each treatment. This includes hot showers, baths, hot tubs, steam rooms, and saunas.
4. If you experience any serious side effects or symptoms, please call our clinic immediately. 970-393-7500
